Who Is a Good Fit
NEO's IOP is designed for adults who are medically stable and ready to engage in outpatient treatment. We conduct a thorough intake assessment to ensure the program is the right level of care.

If NEO isn't the right fit, we won't leave you without options. We maintain relationships with detox, residential, and inpatient programs across the region and will help connect you to appropriate care.

NEO operates as a step-down IOP — a bridge between higher levels of care and independent living in recovery.
Residential / PHP
Clients stepping down from residential treatment or Partial Hospitalization Programs find NEO's IOP a natural next level of care with continued clinical structure.
IOP (NEO)
NEOOur core program — two daily sessions of group therapy, curriculum, and individual support. The right level for most clients in early-to-mid recovery.
Outpatient / Aftercare
Upon completing IOP, we connect clients to ongoing outpatient counseling, community support groups, and recovery coaching resources in the region.
Insurance & Payment
We Work With Most Major Insurers
NEO accepts most major commercial insurance plans and MassHealth. We verify benefits as part of the intake process and will work with you to understand your coverage before treatment begins. Self-pay options are available.
