Proprietary Curriculum

The NEO Framework

Developed by our clinical team, the NEO curriculum addresses the whole person — not just the substance use.

Foundations of Recovery

Understanding the neuroscience of addiction, the cycle of use, and building a personal recovery framework grounded in truth and self-awareness.

Identity & Purpose

Exploring who you are beyond your addiction — values clarification, strengths-based work, and reconnecting with meaning and calling.

Relationships & Community

Rebuilding trust, setting healthy boundaries, and developing the relational skills needed for sustainable recovery.

Emotional Regulation

Evidence-based DBT and CBT skills for managing difficult emotions, reducing impulsivity, and responding rather than reacting.

Spiritual & Existential Wellness

Addressing the deeper questions of meaning, forgiveness, and hope — drawing on clients' own spiritual frameworks without imposing any single tradition.

Clinical Foundation

Evidence-Based at Every Step

Our proprietary curriculum is built on a foundation of clinically validated approaches. Every session integrates research-backed methods with compassionate, person-centered care.

The Journey

What to Expect

01

Initial Assessment

Before your first group session, you'll meet with a clinician for a comprehensive intake assessment. We'll review your history, goals, and any co-occurring concerns to ensure NEO is the right fit.

02

Orientation & Welcome

Your first week is about getting comfortable. You'll meet the group, understand the structure, and begin building the trust that makes this work possible.

03

Active Treatment

Three evenings per week of group therapy, curriculum sessions, and skills practice. Individual check-ins are woven throughout to track your progress and adjust your plan.

04

Transition Planning

As you approach completion, we work with you on a step-down plan — connecting you to ongoing support, community resources, and the next chapter of your recovery.
